ARIA Catering was launched in November 2010 by Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan. Offering conceptual and unique catering for events at offsite locations in and around Sydney. With menus created by Matt Moran and executed by Executive Chef, Simon Sandall, coupled with seemless service and professional management ARIA Catering creates truly memorable events and experiences.
ARIA Catering is able to cater at a range of offsite venues and locations in and around Sydney such as private residence, boardrooms, showrooms and larger venues. Having catered at some of Sydney's most unique venues such as NIDA, the Bulgari Store and Country Trader ARIA Catering bring a wealth of experience and unique possibilities. In May 2012 ARIA Catering became the exclusive resident caterer at Sydney Opera House offering clients the premium ARIA Catering experience in this landmark location.
