Matt Moran
The face of ARIA, Matt Moran has been at the cutting edge of Australia’s fine dining movement for over two decades. Co-owner of ARIA restaurants in Sydney and Brisbane, Opera Point Events at Sydney Opera House and ARIA Catering, Matt is also the author of two cookbooks, a member of the Singapore Airlines International Culinary Panel and a regular on television, radio and magazines in Australia and around the world.
