ARIA Catering was launched in November 2010 by owners Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan. Conceptual and unique catering with menus created by Matt Moran and executed by Executive Chef Simon Sandall, coupled with seemless service and professional management, ARIA Catering creates truly memorable events and experiences in and around Sydney.
ARIA Catering caters at a range of venues and locations around Sydney including private residences, boardrooms, showrooms, larger venues and of course Sydney Opera House. Having catered at some of Sydney's most unique venues such as NIDA, the Bulgari Store and Country Trader, ARIA Catering brings a wealth of experience and unique possibilities.
In May 2012, ARIA Catering became the exclusive resident caterer at Sydney Opera House offering a premium ARIA Catering experience throughout the multiple venues of varying sizes in this incredible landmark location.
